r118612 added fast/layers/clip-rects-assertion-expected.txt
This test calls layoutTestController.dumpAsText(true); but no pixel result has been provided.

Chromium fails this test as it doesn't find any baseline for the image.

>From the ChangeLog there, looks like we can ensure that with just the text and no image.
