Ok, please do that and mention the bug in your ChangeLog for this patch.

If there were any that could just come off the Skipped list as a result of your patch (without needing rebaselining), please just remove them from the Skipped list. As part of your patch, you can move the rest to a separate section of the Skipped list that has a link to the bug you mentioned about rebaselining.
