Collabora and Ericsson implemented a Farstream backend to GTK WebRTC implementation.

We're now able to make video/call calls using the current WebRTC API (using DeprecatedPeerConnection).
This bug will work as a meta bug, since the all code is too big to only one commit.

I will try to keep a decent dependency logic between the commits so the repository won't break.
