Summary: Web Inspector: Audit panel doesn't see gzip
                    compression
           Product: WebKit
           Version: 528+ (Nightly build)
          Platform: All
        OS/Version: All
            Status: UNCONFIRMED
          Severity: Major
          Priority: P2
         Component: Web Inspector
        AssignedTo: webkit-unassigned at lists.webkit.org
        ReportedBy: janx at chromium.org
CC: timothy at apple.com, rik at webkit.org, keishi at webkit.org,
pmuellr at yahoo.com, joepeck at webkit.org,

The Audit panel always tells to "Enable gzip compression", even if it's already enabled.

Steps to reproduce:
- open devtools
- go to https://www.google.com
- Network panel has Response Header "content-encoding: gzip" and page is clearly gzipped
- run Audit
- Audit panel says "Compressing https://www.google.com/ could save ~63.37KB"

Same goes for the other resources and for other pages with gzip support.
