I noticed this occurring in Chrome's stable release and can reproduce it in WebKit nightly 537.1+
It does not occur in Chrome Canary Version 21.0.1137.1 (haven't updated it in a week or so)

Here is a video showing the issue, first in Chrome stable and then in Chrome Canary (no Webkit in the video, but it looks the same as it does for Chrome stable).
