This hasn't been noticed by the bots because the test is already skipped (see bug #82868). The thing is that something has changed and now when webkit_web_view_reload is used, the icon resource is not loaded because it's in the cache. It's related to bug #78510. We could simply use webkit_web_view_reload_bypass_cache() to make sure resources are not loaded from the cache.
