Especially when landing changes in LayoutTests, I frequently have my land command fail because the checkout is (just barely) out of date. It would be nice if we retried (doing another update and landing again). I haven't decided if this is safe to do, or potentially confusing, so maybe this should only be enabled behind a flag?
