EFL's FrameLoaderClient should allow page caching in order to fix 
fast/events/pagehide-xhr-open.html 
fast/loader/window-properties-restored-from-page-cache.html
and unskip
fast/events/pageshow-pagehide-on-back-cached.html
(and maybe others)
