When there is an inactive tab to the left of the active tab, moving the mouse cursor into or out of the inactive tab causes the active tab's left shadow to be redrawn on top of itself, causing the shadow to darken each time.

This bug is also present in all of the Safari 5.2 Developer Preview releases to date.
