EFL's LayoutTestController needs keepWebHistory implementation in order to 
unskip 
fast/history/visited-generated-content-test.html
fast/history/visited-link-background-color.html
fast/history/window-open.html

LayoutTestController  keepWebHistory implementation requires shared history support.
