DRT output comparison for border properties

Currently, the way DRT renders the border property values for various html element is confusing as it does not convey enough info. The details are mentioned in https://lists.webkit.org/pipermail/webkit-dev/2012-March/020156.html

The tabled output format is little messy in the above link, so adding it as attachment here
