Web Inspector: move part of DebuggerPresentationModel interface to UISourceCode.

Several DebuggerPresentationModel's methods related to source editing and breakpoints take UISourceCode as first parameter. Those methods should be declared directly on UISourceCode.
Events like breakpoint-added/console-message-added should also be a part of UISourceCode interface.
