I found this bug while my gmail account was open and I was using gchat. When your gmail is not the active window and you receive a chat message the title of the window flashes to alert you of the new message. When I click on the "window" menu item and mouse over the available windows I am unable to select any of the windows including the window with the gchat session. When you mouse over any other window the flashing text changes to the moused over window even if it is not the gchat window.

The inability to switch to the gchat window does not seem to happen all the time, but the error with the window naming appears to happen all the time.
