https://bugs.webkit.org/show_bug.cgi?id=80322 tracks implementing -webkit-image-set. The patch associated with that bug only factors in device scale factor when selecting the appropriate image. However, it should also consider Page::pageScaleFactor(), Frame::pageZoomFactor(), and CSS transforms.
