XDG_DATA_DIRS and XDG_CONFIG_DIRS need to be put back into jhbuildrc after we removed them during the review of bug 79904. 
We get different kind of wrong glib behaviour without those vars in the environment. The GTK version of jhbuildrc has them, too.
