Add support for Intel compiler on Linux QT port.

Build WebKit and test browser with

 $ WEBKITOUTPUTDIR=`pwd`/qtbuild ../Tools/Scripts/build-webkit --qt --qmakearg="CONFIG+=icc" --release

To succeed in building WebKit, Apply a patch in the following bug.
