getCookies method returns either parsed cookie array or raw string representation. However both "cookies" and "cookiesString" are declared as mandatory return parameters which contradicts variable nature of returns. When the value is not specified, empty string or empty array has to be sent instead.
Protocol specification should be updated, possibly with making returns optional or in some other way.
