emphasis mark in cr-linux

Load page https://dl.dropbox.com/u/141502/EPUB/a_scandal_in_bohemia-CHGOV.html.

Looking for text "精神を冷徹", there should be 5 emphasis marks displayed along with it. But one emphasis mark is missing, and the other 4 are not aligned correctly.

I've attached the snapshot from Chromium Mac (which is correct) and Chromium Linux.
