We write a lot of code that doesn't load from files.  A zillion times a day we want to kick open the debugger with a debugger; or breakpoint command.

Our system is built dynamicaly and as such the code mostly gets eval'ed.  When the Webkit runtime that is execution javascript and hits a debugger; or breakpoint; in the code it should then open the Web Inspector and show the line of code.
