Refrence rendering Chrome 19 on OSX 10.7

The testcase http://vis.uell.net/testcases/sh12map.svg contains some svg path data that represents a simple map

it

* does _not_ render at all in Google Chrome 19.0.1084.52 m on Windows 7
  it does however receive events, see http://vis.uell.net/sh/12/atlas.html
* displays correctly as attached screenshot in 21.0.1168.0 canary on Windows 7

* displays correctly in Google Chrome Version 19.0.1084.54 on OSX 10.7.4, 
* displays correctly in Google Chrome Version 19.0.1084.52 on Ubuntu 12.04,
* displays correctly in Google Chrome Version 19.0.1084.52 m on Windows XP

* displays correctly in Firefox 13, Opera 11.64, IE 9.02

all tests on non-OSX were done on VirtualBox 4.1.16
