If you enable "Link Preview (Hover)" in 4chan's settings (see the Settings link at the top and bottom of most pages), and then hover over a ">>" link, the text in the preview "window" is not wrapped in either Safari or Chrome (20 stable or 22.0.1214.0 canary), and if the text is long enough it causes the preview to take up enough space so that the horizontal scrollbar appears in the browser.

It does wrap in Firefox, IE, and Opera however.

Attached is a screenshot of how it looks in Chrome/Safari. I'll also attach a screenshot of how it looks in Firefox (and the other browsers). In both, I hovered my mouse over the >>148051030 link in the red highlighted post.
