- Rename DOMNodeHighlighter to InspectorOverlay
- Pass HighlightData along with the Node
- Rename highlight(Node) / hideHighlight() on the Overlay to setInspectedNode(Node, HighligthConfig)
- Get rid of the DOMNodeHighlighter namespace
