Steps: 
1. Open page, which contains content editable div.  
2. Fill several rows with text. The latest row must be filled till the end of the row.
3. Set the cursor in the end of one row and press Shift+up arrow 2 times.

Actual: one, latest, row will be selected, but other will not.

Expected: two rows should be selected.
