Now that the api test infra is mostly there (bug 86092), we should start implementing tests.

There should be a separate bug for most ewk headers (although some parts will be more difficult to test without building a browser). That said, there's no need to file them ahead of time, let's file the actual bugs (and mark them blocking this one) when we start working on a specific testing area:
