Other browsers tested:
     Safari Version 5.1.2 (7534.52.7) : FAIL (392px)
     Google Chrome 16.0.912.75 : FAIL (400px)
     Firefox 9.0.1: FAIL

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Launch Webkit
2. Resize the window as small as you can

What is the expected result?
The window and viewport should resize down to 0 or 1px.

What happens instead?
The window stops resizing at 392px.
