I think it is both. There must be a way for the website to be designed without creating such effect, but it doesn't happen on FF and the re-position of elements still seems wrong.

How could an element with position: absolute preserve it's top reference (containing div -- video doesn't go all the way up), but not its left reference (video goes all the way left)?
