Feature Request:


In Preview.app, the user able to choose Tools > Show Magnifier  OR the user able to hit the " ' " key and it brings up the Magnifier tool.

The text is anti-aliased with no pixelation and images are zoomed it.  This would be great tool instead of zooming the whole page if there's only one part the user wants to enlarging.
