Web Inspector: animationEnd handler can be triggered while script execution is paused.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Load attached page.
2. Open inspector.
3. Click the button, see debugger paused.
4. Press 'step over' twice.

Result:
animationEnd handler is executed while script execution is paused.

Expected:
The handler should not be invoked until script execution is resumed.
