Whenever user clicks on the right or left arrow for next or previous event result page, Chrome failed to render the updated section properly by having disrupted page content. But once the page got highlighted, the page got re-rendered properly afterwards. The html code was generated correctly and there was no such issue in firefox and IE7.

This issue was kind of got around by calling jQuery animate functions.
