As of today, editing

<p>Foo</p>

to become

<div><p>Foo</p></div>

re-creates <p>Foo</p>, hence all JavaScript wrappers pointing to <p> become invalid.

It should move it into the new <div> instead, while preserving the node identity and wrapper references.
