I'm not sure that site has this problem anymore, but I have seen this happen when the items in question have a set height and overflow:visible and the zoom-in causes the text to wrap but doesn't adjust the item's height.  To be fair, I noticed this in Firefox and recent Opera, so I'm guessing the zoom method has changed since this bug was reported.
