WebSocket client can't connect to a remote server if the QWebView url is a local file/resource even setting the QWebSettings::LocalContentCanAccessRemoteUrls attribute to true.

I made a simple test tool to reproduce this problem: https://github.com/gustavosbarreto/websocket-test

Please ignore the specified version because I don't know which version is bundled with Qt 4.7.3 what I am using.
