1. Open Scripts panel to blank view
  * script navigator should be hidden
2. Expand script navigator 
  * script navigator is not docked, but in its temporal state
3. Hit Cmd-O to trigger the Go To Resource shortcut

Nothing happens.

Currently, focus has to be outside the script navigator: within the blank scripts panel or an opened script.
