Update Chromium test expectation for fast/js/var-declarations-zero-width.html

Once bug 78908 is resolved, there will be a new test in `LayoutTests/fast/js/var-declarations-zero-width.html`. This test currently fails on Chromium but won’t anymore as soon as http://code.google.com/p/v8/source/detail?r=10800 propagates. When that happens, the test expectation for the Chromium port should be updated.
