This has occurred with three sites so far

https://connect.americansystems.com/Login/AccessDenied
https://delcerroheights.condosites.net/403.shtml (I can provide login access to this site for testing)

I can login to all three sites via Chrome
I did a complete reset except for passwords with no improvement
Upgraded to latest nightly build with no improvement
