is there any other areas in WK where we might be doing resource loader/progress event firing using 32-bit  integers?

I recall hearing something like this at the WK contributors conference ~2 years ago. In fact I think Darin mentioned this to me in context of audio/video element resource loading but my memory is foggy :)
