Simply I checked and found a clue.

If you changed ewk_view_reload instead of ewk_view_reload_full, it will be fine.
But EWeblauncher is using ewk_view_reload now.

I'll check whether it is related to page cache support.
(As you know, WebKit/Efl doesn't support page cache yet. - Bug 63013 )
