Yes, this works in Chrome. To reproduce,

1. Open http://spe.mobilephone.net/wit/xhtmlv2/linkanchor.xhtml
2. Click on "http, port 80" link in the middle of the page.
3. Go back.

Expected: it's highlighted as visited.
Actual: it's not.
