Steps for reproduction: 
-----------------------
1) Load Goolge.com and start inspecting. 
2) At Elements Tab >> On the right side panel >> expand Event Listeners section 
3) Then expand "Keydown" 

Actual results: 
---------------
3) The arrow is pointing down even when the list is not expanded 

Expected results: 
-----------------
3) The arrow in front of "body#gsr" and "document" should point to the right if
it was not expanded
