We can enable AC clutter backend by running the build script as follows:

./Tools/Scripts/build-webkit --gtk --debug --with-acceleration-backend=clutter --no-webgl --disable-glx --disable-egl

However, it would be good to build it without --disable-glx --disable-egl, so I will try to test Changseok's patch.
