Summary: Scrollbar hit-testing is confusing with Facebook's
                    realtime feed or chat window
           Product: WebKit
           Version: 528+ (Nightly build)
          Platform: Unspecified
        OS/Version: Mac OS X 10.8
            Status: NEW
          Severity: Normal
          Priority: P2
         Component: Layout and Rendering
        AssignedTo: webkit-unassigned at lists.webkit.org
        ReportedBy: bdakin at apple.com

Using Safari with overlay scrollbars:

1. Log into Facebook
2. In the upper-right corner, there is a realtime news feed. If you don't see the feed, you probably have it disabled. Enable it by clicking in the chat box in the lower right hand corner. If *only* chat pops up at that point, make your window wider until you see the realtime news feed.
3. Scroll the realtime news feed. Note that the main document scrollbar and realtime news feed scrollbar seem to be painting on top of each other. If you hover over the scrollbars, then both will expand, and you will not be able to grab the main documents scrollbar.
