If WebInspector.debuggerModel.debuggerPausedDetails() gives details.reason === 'other', then we try to execute
  details.callFrames[0].createLiveLocation(didGetUILocation.bind(this));
but if callFrames.length === 0 we fail.

I suspect that the 'other' is related to liveEdit.
