           Summary: Chromium: support setContentsToBackgroundColor
           Product: WebKit
           Version: 528+ (Nightly build)
          Platform: Unspecified
        OS/Version: Unspecified
            Status: NEW
          Severity: Normal
          Priority: P2
         Component: Layout and Rendering
        AssignedTo: webkit-unassigned at lists.webkit.org
        ReportedBy: noam at webkit.org
                CC: jamesr at chromium.org

After https://bugs.webkit.org/show_bug.cgi?id=103786, background colors are directly composited in WebKit.
Chromium compositor still doesn't have support for that. Adding background colors to chromium compositor can help with memory footprint and texture-uploads for certain content.
