The new test at inspector-protocol/layer-tree.html (being added with the patch for https://bugs.webkit.org/show_bug.cgi?id=103513) is skipped on EFL since ACCELERATED_COMPOSITING is off on that platform and the new LayerTreeAgent will only be enabled with that flag. This bug tracks the work for no EFL to pass this test and no longer skip it.
