fast/events/keydown-leftright-keys.html
fast/loader/javascript-url-in-embed.html
media/progress-events-generated-correctly.html
http/tests/cookies/third-party-cookie-relaxing.html
accessibility/file-upload-button-with-axpress.html

Bots had a hiccup that caused the regression range to get messed up.

No idea when these started failing (sometime in November 2012).

Feel free to fix them up and unskip though if you see your test on here.
