that is created due to a =E2=80=98viewBox=E2=80=99 does not affect the =E2=
=80=98x=E2=80=99, =E2=80=98y=E2=80=99, =E2=80=98width=E2=80=99 and =E2=80=
=98height=E2=80=99 attributes (or in the case of the =E2=80=98marker=E2=80=
=99 element, the =E2=80=98markerWidth=E2=80=99 and =E2=80=98markerHeight=E2=
=80=99 attributes) on the element with the =E2=80=98viewBox=E2=80=99 attrib=
ute...=20

On the other hand, like the =E2=80=98transform=E2=80=99 attribute, it does =
establish a new coordinate system for all other attributes and for descenda=
nt elements.
