proposed fix - part 2

* Ignore inline spans in WebCore a11y
* Ignore anonymous blocks in Gtk platform a11y
* Treat list items as text role
* New layout test
* Corrected layout test (mismatched tags discovered as a result of this fix)
* Updated layout test (remove extraneous and now-ignored GroupRole object)
