Open attached file (http://code.google.com/p/chromium/issues/attachmentText?id=139557&aid=1395570000000&name=test.html&token=BDo-xSqQx8ZZvq5Khvw7tNR7K7Y%3A1345659861861), scroll down and start editing. All editing operations such as typing, selecting or pasting become very slow(tested on i7 2nd gen 2.8) Pasting whole text become even unresponsive and require closing whole tab.

Note that Chrome 16 works as expected considering size of this file.

FPS stats (https://github.com/mrdoob/stats.js) show as low as 0 frames per second when typing at the bottom of the document and 59 when typing at the top.
