For example, these results from the flakiness dashboard:

This is the consequence of r126219 moving results from mac to mac-lion, which is not on the fallback path for LINUX or WIN.

Similar changes (beidson at apple.com, mention "Rebaseline various tests for Mountain Lion" etc.) should be reviewed to see if they resulted in Chromium missing results.
