As far as #3, the main things being:

3a) Let me do something on hover
3b) Let me do something on click

Also, this should not be limited to the console. Watch Expressions and Scope Variables side panels as well.

In addition, the reverse would be nice:

4) A way to render in my own code, the nice colorized rep for a dom object, etc.
